Leah Wool

Guild members and guests who attended Ogden Opera Guild’s last Symposium on February 28 were indeed fortunate to hear Leah Wool sing two excerpts from “The Italian Girl in Algiers”. Leah has the leading role of Isabella in the opera. Artistic Director Christopher McBeth brought two principal singers to perform at the Community Center of Holy Family Catholic Church. The same evening Rod Nelman was outstanding as Mustafa.

Leah Wool was in the 2004 Utah Symphony and Opera studio program. That same year Leah was the Utah District winner in the Metropolitan Opera National Council try outs. Her career has since soared

I love the new site! Way to go on all of your projects! I can attest that you work hard to produce great educational outreach on a very responsible budget. I love that so many more people will get a chance to know all the good that you’re doing! Ginny
